The results created in the project are:

  • Report on the relevance of gender and other sensitive characteristics in criminal proceedings.
  • Code of conduct for legal professionals on the use of AI.
  • Recidivism-related datasets and Linked Open Data for Greece, Portugal, and Bulgaria.
  • FAIR-PReSONS bias-free recidivism prediction system and its user manual.
  • Capacity building activities designed and implemented for 80 judges and legal practitioners, focusing on the ethical and effective use of the FAIR-PReSONS AI system.
  • Ethical compliance documentation, ensuring the tool adheres to the principles and guidelines established at the project’s outset.
